Checkout Guide

• Shop Pay (Express)
  Fast checkout with your saved credit/debit card. Your contact and address auto-fill. Before placing the order, tap “Change” and make sure the shipping address is your hotel, not your home.
  
• Apple Pay (Express)
  Available on Safari (iPhone/iPad/Mac) when an eligible card is added to Apple Wallet.
  
• Google Pay (Express)
  Available on Chrome/Android when a card is saved to your Google account.
  
• PayPal
  Pay with your PayPal balance or a card stored in PayPal.
  Tip: The top PayPal button (Express) jumps to PayPal first; the PayPal option in the payment section lets you enter the hotel address on this page first, then authenticate—this is safer for hotel deliveries.
  
• Credit / Debit Card (standard)
  Enter your card details on the payment form. Major brands supported (e.g., Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB). 3-D Secure may be required.

Please note that we only deliver to hotels or similar accommodations in Japan.

When using an express checkout option such as Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay,

make sure your shipping address includes the hotel name and your check-in date.

Without this information, we may not be able to deliver your order properly.

MOST IMPORTANT

• We ship only within Japan. Enter the address of your booked hotel in Japan.
  
• If you use an Express checkout (Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal), it may auto-fill your home address. Tap “Change” and switch it to your hotel before placing the order.
  

Field-specific notes (quick reference)

• Country/Region: Japan only (no other countries are available).
  
• Last name / First name → Reservation holder’s name (exactly as on the booking).
  
• Postal code → Hotel’s 7-digit code (or 000-0000 if unknown; update later).
  Tip: Click the search icon to auto-fill Prefecture and City.
  
• Prefecture → Select from the list (choose Tokyo if you truly don’t know yet; update later).
  
• City → Auto-filled after postal code; edit if necessary.
  
• Address → Hotel street address (include building number; copy from your booking if unsure).
  
• Hotel Name & Check-in Date → Hotel name and check-in date are both required.
  Example: ABCDE Hotel, YYYY/MM/DD
  
• Hotel phone number → Hotel’s main phone (international format OK, e.g., +81 3-XXXX-XXXX).

• If you choose Credit card

1. Enter your card details.
   
2. Uncheck “Uncheck to enter required billing address.”
   
3. Enter your billing address — not the hotel; the address registered with your card issuer — in English (Roman letters).
   
4. Click “Pay now.”
   

• If you choose PayPal

1. Select “Use a different billing address.”
   
2. Enter your billing address — not the hotel; the address registered to your PayPal account — in English (Roman letters).
   
3. Click “Pay with PayPal.”

• Make sure your billing address exactly matches what’s on file with your card issuer / PayPal (name, address, postal code, country).
  
• The billing address may differ from the hotel (shipping) address — overseas addresses are fine.
  
• Enter your name and address in Roman letters exactly as they appear on your card statement; avoid special characters.
  
• Confirm your card/bank allows international online transactions in JPY and supports 3-D Secure authentication.
  
• If the issue persists, try a different card. For PayPal, update the address in your PayPal account and try again.
  

Express checkouts (Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal): before you place the order, confirm the shipping address is your hotel.
