⚠️ IMPORTANT: If your hotel or accommodation refuses to accept the delivery due to missing or incorrect information (e.g., reservation name, room number, check-in/out date), your order will be considered canceled and fully refunded.

We do not offer redelivery or address changes after shipment.  
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

■ Delivery Area  
We only ship within Japan. Delivery to hotels, ryokans, and other accommodations is available.

■ Shipping Carriers  
We use major domestic couriers such as Japan Post (Click Post), Yamato Transport, and Sagawa Express.  
Please note that you cannot choose the carrier.

■ Shipping Fees  
Free shipping nationwide (within Japan only)

■ Dispatch Timing  
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.  
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather or natural disasters.

■ Estimated Delivery Time  
1–3 days after shipment (excluding remote islands and some regions)

■ Delivery Time Note for Remote Islands  
For deliveries to remote islands or isolated regions, shipping may take longer than usual (up to 7 days in some cases).  
Please make sure your stay at the accommodation covers the expected delivery period.  
We recommend placing your order well in advance if traveling to such areas.

■ Notes on Shipping to Hotels or Accommodations  
If you wish to have your order delivered to a hotel, ryokan, or other accommodation, you must provide the following information clearly:
- Full reservation name (same as used at the hotel)
- Room number (if known)
- Check-in and check-out dates

⚠️ Please note that delivery may not be accepted at the following types of facilities:
- Capsule hotels  
- Love hotels  
- Airbnb or vacation rental properties  
- Dormitory-style hostels or unmanned front desk accommodations  

If you're unsure about your accommodation, please make sure it provides clear information about front desk services.
Most hotels and ryokans with reception staff are used to handling deliveries for guests.

■ Redelivery & Incorrect Addresses  
If the delivery fails due to a long absence, incorrect address, or missing reservation details, and the item is returned to us, the order will be considered canceled and a full refund will be issued.  
We do not offer redelivery under any circumstances.
