Checkout guide

■ Express checkout (Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal)

Always switch the shipping address to your hotel in Japan (express checkouts often auto-fill your home address).
When prompted, enter the hotel name and your check-in date.

■ Shipping address (hotel delivery)

Postal code → the hotel’s 7-digit code (if unknown, enter 000-0000 and update later).
Prefecture → select from the list (if truly unknown, choose Tokyo and update later).
Important: The shipping address must be your hotel’s address. Do not use your home address.

■ Billing address

(Credit card) Uncheck “Uncheck to enter required billing address.” and enter your billing address.
(PayPal) Select “Use a different billing address.” and enter your billing address.
Your billing address is your own address (registered with your card/PayPal, in Roman letters) — not the hotel address.

■ If payment doesn’t go through

Confirm your billing address is your address and exactly matches what’s on file with your card issuer/PayPal (name, address, postal code, country).
