Terms of service


■ Scope of Service  
We sell and deliver physical products exclusively within Japan.  
Our service is primarily designed for visitors staying in Japan, but can be used by anyone with a valid domestic shipping address.

■ Order Confirmation  
Orders are confirmed at the time of payment.
For hotel deliveries, payment is authorized at checkout but only captured after we confirm that the accommodation can accept your package.
If we are unable to confirm delivery with your accommodation, your order will be canceled before shipment, and no payment will be captured.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if delivery is not possible due to incorrect or missing shipping information.

■ Prohibited Use  
Customers must not use our service for:
- Fraudulent or misleading orders  
- Excessive bulk purchases not intended for personal use  
- Harassment or abuse of our support channels  
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of our store policies.  
In such cases, we are not obligated to provide a refund.

■ Delivery and Responsibility  
We are not responsible for delays caused by hotel policies, incorrect addresses, or natural disasters.
If your hotel refuses to accept the package due to incorrect reservation details or other reasons, and we are unable to complete delivery, your order will be canceled.
If the cancellation occurs before the package is shipped, no payment will be captured.

■ Governing Law  
We comply with applicable laws and regulations in Japan and strive to handle all matters in a fair and lawful manner.  
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.  
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
