■ General Policy
We do not accept returns or cancellations for personal reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “It looks different than expected.”
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond the customer's control.

■ Refund Eligibility
If your item cannot be delivered due to hotel refusal despite correct reservation details, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
However, we do not issue refunds for delivery failures caused by incorrect reservation names, wrong hotel information, or early check-out.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

■ How to Request a Refund

Include the following in your message:
・Your order number  
・A brief description of the issue  
・Clear photos showing the damage, including the item and shipping label

■ Return Shipping
In most cases, we do not require customers to return the item.
However, we may request the return if necessary for quality control or fraud prevention.
Please keep the item and packaging until your refund is confirmed.

■ Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the issue is confirmed.
Processing may take a few business days depending on your payment provider.

■ Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
